SHIPPING

Felurian Doll ships worldwide from Madrid, Spain. Orders are sent out as quickly as possible, and you'll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Flat rate shipping fees are applied at checkout:
- Spain: 1-3 business days, 3-5€
- Europe: 3-5 business days, 5-10€
- Rest of the World: 3-7 business days, 10€+

RETURNS

Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are not offered. However, if a piece is damaged due to a production error, I will gladly provide a free repair or remake. For damage caused by normal wear and tear, I can repair the item for a fee, which will be determined after I inspect the piece.

Returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving the item. I do not offer free returns, so you will need to cover the shipping costs to send the item back.
